Your first visit is designed to be thorough, relaxing, and tailored to your health goals.
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive an email with intake forms to complete—this includes personal information, health history, and consent forms. Completing these ahead of time ensures we can focus your in-person time on what matters most: you.
When you arrive at our Portland clinic, you’ll meet with either Zach or Justine, our licensed acupuncturists.
Your first session includes:
A detailed discussion of your health history, current symptoms, and wellness goals
Traditional Chinese Medicine assessments, including pulse and tongue diagnosis
Orthopedic testing for pain conditions such as back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, or migraines
A personalized acupuncture treatment
Recommendations for supportive therapies like cupping, moxibustion, or Red Light Therapy
We’ll walk you through each step, answer your questions, and ensure your comfort throughout.
Follow-up visits are typically 60 minutes and include re-evaluation, ongoing acupuncture, and any necessary adjustments based on your progress. Many patients report improvements in pain relief, sleep, stress levels, and mobility within just a few sessions.

Initial Visit: $150 (includes full consultation + treatment)
Follow-Up Visits: $125
Community Acupuncture: $45–$65 (sliding scale)
