Whether you’re a runner, yogi, surfer, dancer, CrossFit athlete, or outdoor enthusiast, our goal is to help you feel your best and stay active doing what you love.
How It Works
Sports Acupuncture and dry needling target muscle tension, trigger points, and imbalances that contribute to pain and restricted movement. Treatments improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and calm the nervous system, helping your body recover naturally and perform more efficiently. Many clients feel relief after just one session and experience lasting improvements over just a few.
