Our biweekly Sauna Club offers a guided or self-led circuit of traditional Finnish Sauna and cold water immersion.
SAUNA
Heat therapy offers numerous health benefits, including promoting sweating, relaxation, and detoxification. Regular sauna sessions enhance cardiovascular health, improve circulation, lower blood pressure, and relieve muscle soreness.
COLD
Cold water immersion reduces muscle soreness and inflammation while accelerating recovery by improving circulation. It boosts the immune system, enhances mood through endorphin release, and builds mental resilience by increasing stress tolerance. Regular sessions support overall physical and mental well-being, making it a valuable practice for optimizing health.
Sauna Club meets every Tuesday & Thursday from 6-7:30pm. Space is limited and registration required.
